Lady Gaga tweeted out updates about her new album, ARTPOP, which she revealed on Twitter to her 27+ million followers. So far the only details Gaga spoke to, other than the name, are that she tattooed the title to her arm and gave an inkling about the theme of the album:

ARTPOP 

Gaga wants fans and press to know that there is intention behind the capitalization of her album/project ARTPOP. She tweeted: 

“make sure when writing about my new album/project ARTPOP that you CAPITALIZE the title, *its all in the details* good morning twitter!”

Although Twitter has been the go-to place for the popstar to write about the latest in her career, she also created her own full-blown social network for her fans called Little Monsters.

ARTPOP will be Lady Gaga’s third studio LP and is expected for release early next year. She is currently on tour to support her latest album Born This Way and begins her stint in Europe on August 14.
